  What are the payment methods?

What is PHILMETRO.COM billing policy?

For bank payments:
Statement of account is sent on the 1st day of the Month which will be due on the 10th day. If the statement is not settled 5 days after the due date, the account will be suspended. Another 5 days after suspension of the account, it will be terminated. There will be no fees on reactivation of terminated accounts provided the past dues will be settled first.

For credit payments:
Credit card billing will be handled by iBill, USA. Your credit card will be automatically charged every month. PHILMETRO.COM will not come up as the one charging your credit card, it will be iBill. For further details, please refer to the Statement of Account emailed every month.

How do I check my email?

To check your email on your webmail, go to:
http://www.yourdomain.com/squirrelmail/
Note: You will not be able to use the webmail until your domain has resolved.

If you are using Outlook Express to check your email, use the following:
Protocol: POP3 or IMAP
POP3/IMAP and SMTP: mail.yourdomain.com
Username: username@yourdomain.com (use complete email address)
On your Email Properties, be sure to check "My server requires authentication" so that you will be able to send emails.

I get a "Relaying Denied Error" when I send email using an email client. What should I do?

Our SMTP server requires you to login (SMTP Authentication) before you can send email. If you did not login when you send the email, you will get a "Relaying Denied Error".

To enable SMTP Authentication on your Outlook Express, please follow these steps:

1.] Open your Outlook Express
2.] Click on Tools, the click on Accounts...
3.] Internet Accounts dialog box will appear
4.] Click on the Mail tab, your email address will be listed on the Mail tab box
5.] Select your email address and click Properties on the right side of the Internet Accounts dialog box
6.] Properties box will appear, click on the Servers tab
7.] Your server information will appear, below it, there's a check box that says "My server requires authentication" or "My SMTP server requires authentication", enable it by clicking on the check box
8.] Click OK, then click Close on the Internet Accounts dialog box

How do I view my website if my domain has not resolved yet?

On your Site Administrator Control Panel, click on Site Summary, information about your website will be displayed an among those is a link called Domain Preview, it will be something like:

http://216.40.201.209/~admin#/

Where # is the number assigned to your site. So just click on it and you will see a preview of your site.
